Brief

• Time Frame of 6 Weeks

• Construct a high efficiency bridge that can span a gap of 12’.

• Bridge should support no more & no less than one person.

• Maximum Budget of 99$


Concept

• Emulate strength of skeleton with steel

• Utilize unique properties of angle iron.

• Tension steel cable with turnbuckle.

• Create spring-like structure which pushes force from load outwards to buttresses.

Results

• Final Bridge Budget of 34$

• Able to hold a load of one person.
